We work with installation companies all over the country and are happy to refer them to you. Below are listed some basic prices and packages that these contracors usually offer.

Bronze Package: Nail, Staple , Float (Hardwood or Laminate)

This package includes complete installation of your floor over existing plywood sub floor. This does not include rip up or furniture. The baseboards must be removed prior to our installation crews arrival or if new construction, leave them off. The customer is responsible for removal and replacing baseboard. If baseboard is still on, add 50 cents a square foot. This package includes nailing, stapling or floating a hardwood (solid or engineered) or laminate floor.

Price: $3.00/ Sq.Ft and up

Silver Package: Nail , Staple , Float (Hardwood or Laminate)

This package includes rip up and removal of existing carpet and installing new floor over existing plywood (nail, staple or float). We will remove and replace baseboards and install all coordinating moldings. This package includes the installation of solid, engineered or laminate flooring.

Price: $3.85/ Sq.Ft and up

Gold Package Glue Down Only

This package includes installation of a glue down floor. We will rip up and remove carpet, remove and replace baseboard and install engineered glue down floor. This is for installation only and customer is responsible for providing glue that may be purchased from Quality Floors Direct.

Price: $4.50/ Sq.Ft. and up

Platinum Package Staple, Nail , Float

This is our most complete package that we offer. You move the small stuff and the breakables (lamps, glass, computers ect.) and we do the rest. Complete rip up and removal of old carpet , move and put back furniture and install new flooring (solid , engineered or laminate). We will also install all coordinating moldings and transitions.

Price: $4.25/ Sq.Ft (for Glue Down add $1.00/ Sq.Ft) and up
