Customers who wish to return left over merchandise may do so within 30 days. All flooring or materials to be returned must be in full unopened cartons only. Returns will be subject to manufacturers restocking fees. In most cases these fees are 30%. Customers will also be responsible for paying for shipping these products . A customer looking to cancel an order before shipping may do so. In doing this there will be a charge as we pay a % to credit card companies. This charge will usually be 3% or less. Please call us as soon as possible. Special order merchandise, merchandise that is not usually stocked by our vendors (this will be noted on invoice upon shipping) may not be returned.
